I want to be able to live stream indoor sporting events.
I have a GoPro Hero4 Silver and an android Samsung Galaxy S8.
Can I do this? I have looked everywhere with no success. This forum seems to have a bunch of opinions so I'll try here.
Notes:
The GoPro Hero4 Silver has the latest software updates installed.
I have the GoPro app installed and it does talk to my camera. *thru wi-fi
I can connect my GoPro to the wi-fi on my phone. However, I'm unsure I want to do that.
I have not been able to connect the GoPro to the bluetooth on my phone.
I have the Periscope app, however, it does not seem to have the alleged "GoPro" Live button...maybe because it's an android?
Can I live stream on Facebook?
Are there other options?
I'm trying to not spend money over the Christmas break and use what I have.
Many Thanks
