Good quality zip ties, quality duct tape and bungee cords. Never know what you might need to tie up if you break something and need to get it out of the trail. Most of the time your not going to have the part to fix what you broke. Get a good machete or hatchet too.
As a matter of fact I have the parts that I need with me 90% of the time. For my SxS I carry ball joints, tie rod ends, spare drive belt, spark plugs and axles. For the Bronco I will do the same. I might end up with $500 in parts but I would rather have it and not need it or break down.

The filling level of my toolbox is only matched by my mother's first aid kit haha. But, as in the first aid kit, there will definitely not be something that will turn out to be the most needed object in life at a certain moment. My mother is constantly running out of charcoal, and I am constantly losing clamps. Recently I bought a set of various types from https://www.sandfieldengineering.com/toggle-clamps/ and folded it into one box. Although I'm increasingly thinking about making two sets of tools at once.

Bumping this up…..wondering if anybody ever clarified where the Torx PLUS bolts were, OTHER than the modular bumper…?

I’m putting together a little roll-up tool bag kit for my Black Diamond.

I believe the bolts holding the hardtop in place are T50 Plus. The Bronco tool kit has that bit in it.

At least on mine, there are torx plus 27 on the inside of the hardtop, as well. They hold on the plates that the clamps fit onto. Not something you're likely to need on the trail, but I needed them when installing aftermarket things.
