I cannot tell what type of vehicle it is without the 'Bronco' logo on the grill. Is this a Jeep or Bronco (just kiddin'). 38 inch tires? Nice!

Why not build these in kevlar? I mean you can use the same molds. Fiberglass is so outdated and fragile and CHEAP. Carbon fiber and or kevlar is the future.

The rear fenders look like they came off a side by side? Why not have them follow the contours of the truck?

Bigger rooster tails maybe? Reminds me of the old CJ Jeeps with the flat front wheel arch that didn't cover the front of the wheel at all. For what it's worth ADV Fiberglass makes a widebody square-flare kit which is pretty much exactly what you're describing.

For high strength, carbon is the 'future' that has been here for a while. Not sure that it is necessary for fenders as they are non-structural. Using carbon will really drive the price up. A thicker stackup using a few extra fiberglass plies and/or using a thicker style glass (i.e. not 120 style glass) should do the trick.

However, aramid (kevlar) is definitely not the future. I work in aerospace and it is notorious for moisture absorption, as well as other issues. Plus, the strength gains aren't really there over fiberglass as it is poor in compressive strength. Aramid is such an issue in our industry that the OEM repair manuals actually have you replace aramid plies with fiberglass, and only at a 1:1 ratio (no extra fiberglass required for strength).

I assume that these fender manufacturers know this and this is why they continue to use fiberglass.

Conflicted on the rear flares. The front half of the flare looks good but I sort of want the end of the fender to taper inward toward the wheel well. Overall looks really good.
Those are Rick flares

I think this ride has the wrong name! It should be the Rick Ride... Between your awesomely named Rick flares and the typo of the Rick Slides!

With naming royalties to @Rick Astley of course! 🤣
