My local credit union is offering 1.74% for 60 months but it’s only good for 30 days, and I think my Bronco will be here right around then. I’m a bit worried rates will go up soon..so I’m going to apply sooner rather than later.

Just curious how pissed to dealers get when you show up with your own financing?
SEFCU? I got mine there. They have been 1.74 since last summer but that could change at any time. There is also $90 fee on the loan fyi. They had a special in Dec. for 1.29 I billeve for their anniversary. Easy to work with. My original approval expired thanks to DM but it was easy to reapply. I took 60mos because it was the longest term at the lowest rate and I pay extra each month. That gives me a little buffer as opposed to a shorter term loan and it looks better on your credit.
Niagara’s Choice also 1.74 but I don’t know the details.
Also noticed Penfed .99 for 36 month since no one mentioned it.

YEP! SEFCU. I live in Amherst but they said I’d be eligible since my sister is in the city.

For those currently looking into rates, what rates are you seeing now that they are going up?
