I've been doing 25 in my wrangler, might go down to 20, But so far 25 has been fine.

Of course I'm not crawling up boulders, But I have had no traction issues.

When I did my off rodeo the tires were aired down a little but not that much (can't remember the exact PSI). When I did the Bronco OHV event near me, They said they didn't air down the tires at all.

how do the K02 compare from the badlands? Do they have the same c rating and sidewalls?
I ran the badlands KO2slast weekend at 20psi over some pretty rocky trails, and they felt fine, and looked like the could easily go lower. They have a very sturdy feeling sidewall.

I ran 15 psi on the Goodyear oem sas tires a few weeks ago in Moab on hell’s revenge and poison spider. Everything went well. Will definitely upgrade to KO2 or similar when the Goodyears wear out (or probably sooner).

Lower your tire pressure until you pop a bead. Add 1 psi to that and that's the lowest you can go without beadlocks. 💡

18 is a good place to start. I typically do 20 for easier terrain and 15 if I seem to slip a lot. I would be comfortable to go down to 10 if it was slow rock crawling.

The Badlands come with C rated K02's standard. That said, like many tire manufacturers, BFG offers the K02's in different load ratings even within the same size. It's all a trade off trying to find the tire that best fits what YOUR driving style is (more off- vs on-road or very rocky off road vs not rocky at all, etc.).
Here's a view from TireRack of all the K02 options that they are offering.

Did a search but couldn't find answer...
What would be the lowest safe PSI for SAS tires without beadlocks for offroading? What is the lowest that you have air downed to? Thanks.
My Staun's are set as on arrival at 16-17. I run that pressure regularly on the rocks, some sharp ones in the East in VA/PA, and smoother ones out west in CO/UT... so far no issues. From the looks of my banged up trim rings, I am probably banging the side walls around a fair amount as well.
