Lug nut fitment Steel to aluminum?

Might seem like a silly question but I have a guy wanting to buy my stock outer banks wheels. He has a base with steel wheels are the lug nuts the same? I know the thread should be correct. I don’t want to send him down the road if they have a different taper or wouldn’t be safe. Any thoughts? (I think he plans to swap before he leaves my drive.)

My only concern would be the stud length, I’m not sure if it’s the same on all trucks. If the wheels were aftermarket short studs could be compensated for with extended thread lug nuts as required on Toyotas.
