@Mabett I bought one of the wireless chargers in early February and it is now completely dead. Lights flickered a few times yesterday morning and then went completely dark…tried reinstalling/checked the fuse but nothing helped? Is there any way I can get a refund or a credit for the speaker pods instead? I would ask for replacement charger but it didn’t seem to ever charge my phone. Mainly kept it about where it was at when I set it down.
Love all of y’all’s products and this is the first one that has disappointed me :/

You mean it can't charge the phone, right? Give me your Amazon order number and I can refund you directly, you don't need to return it

Why so many complain about its reliability?
On one hand I really want to renew the discount coupon @Mabett
but on the other hand the last few pages are filled with a few people complaining it stopped working. given the somewhat delicate installation process, swapping isnt that easy, so it makes me rethink if to have it or not.
Any explaination to it?
15W will really improve my daily experience compared to the oem charger.

Another question - I just installed your wireless charging pad (I replaced the existing charging pad LUX package). There was already a separate harness for the OEM pad - do you plan on creating a separate harness that will use the wireless charging connector instead of teeing into the usb-c connector?
It would eliminate the need for a separate fuse.

I bought the maxzina version and it stopped working. I am returning it to amazon, unless you are interested in it and want to work something out - I have until May 30 to return it.

The part numbers and FCC ID on the box are identical to the Mabett labelled product, so I am pretty certain this is the same as yours.

I removed it and it looks like the power and ground are almost shorted ... 4 ohms. It will not power up now. Was there a bad batch of these units that were released? Are the newer ones upgraded/revised or are you still shipping out the v1 units?

Mabett has outstanding service and stands behind the products. My only concern with these besides the hassle of installing and have to uninstall is the chance of a fire from suspect electronics. I have other Mabett products that are fine but this one makes me pause.
