Just received mine yesterday and it started flashing red and blue within 20 minutes?

Someone else also reported this problem. After testing, it is found that the internal short circuit of the inductor and the open circuit caused by the breakdown of the enameled film lead to a decrease in the inductance and unstable power management circuit functions.

If you have not initiated a refund or return, I can send you a new one, or give you a refund directly, and you don't have to send back the defective product

Why so many complain about its reliability?
On one hand I really want to renew the discount coupon @Mabett
but on the other hand the last few pages are filled with a few people complaining it stopped working. given the somewhat delicate installation process, swapping isnt that easy, so it makes me rethink if to have it or not.
Any explaination to it?
15W will really improve my daily experience compared to the oem charger.

Ive had mine for awhile now. Galaxy S10 with otter box fits perfect. I sit my phone on it every time I get in. It gets a little warm and takes a bit to charge but Im also running pandora so that doesnt help.
