Aren't these two things mutually exclusive? I thought neoprene's purpose was to be waterproof, which means not breathable either...
The last neoprene seats I had (wet okole) were not breathable at all and quite warm.

That is a bummer because there is no way I am putting the PU leather ones on. I have MGV that I am not crazy for and was looking for something with a cloth-likr interior that fits well and is front seats only.
