Oh ok I understand now.It has to do with where the mounting bracket for the rail is welded into the rail. The only place to install the bracket for the step is before this point.

Sorry, my English is not very good, I can't understand what you are saying@Mabett any ideas on my my issue. The rear passenger side I have to put the step so far up you can only use half the step. The driver side worked using the extra set of holes that made the mounting brackets closer to one another.
The steps have two sets of holes on one end so you may chose which set to use. Problem: both steps are the same so when using on the opposite side the extra holes are in the wrong place. To be useful the extra holes should be on the opposite end on each step in a pair.Sorry, my English is not very good, I can't understand what you are saying
Can you explain to me with pictures or video
Can I understand that the left and right sides are asymmetrical? I will test them in two daysThe steps have two sets of holes on one end so you may chose which set to use. And Spring TXOR, I suppose you could drill your own extra holes in one step?
The hole are drilled on the exact same spot on bithe sides, which on the back doors makes them mount asymmetrical. Can I understand that the left and right sides are asymmetrical? I will test them in two days
The Ford Rails are mirror image, your steps are identical. The fix would be: have the double set of holes on the right side on one and on the left side for the other in each pair sold. Can I understand that the left and right sides are asymmetrical? I will test them in two days
You know better than I, I'm a 2 door. Your forward mount looks good to me, put your outboard foot on and pass inboard foot through, IDKI couldn't get either side to position in a good spot for the rear. The steps need to be mounted where the rock rail bracket is already, preventing you from mounting it in a good location. The two locations in my pictures a few posts before show the only two spots you can mount them.
