@martyb , if you had it to do again would you go this route knowing it rubs? Just trying to gauge how much you notice it. I want this exact setup-- the stance is incredible on your rig. I did see one guy that's running a 3/4 spacer and gives him the Sasquatch offset. Not sure I want to deal with the spacers. I'm also considering going with a 35x11.50 in hopes of achieving the goal and avoiding the rub. Your feedback would be super helpful to my journey. Thank you my friend and again-- super sharp ride!
honestly the rub is virtually unnoticeable. I am thinking about throwing in some 1” spacers just to get the stance wide enough for Sasquatch flares. If I was doing any significant suspension articulation I would put different wheels on with some more offset.

@martyb That's great to know. The Bora spacers are supposed to be great but not sure if I'll go that route. If you do, please share with us. It's been so fun seeing everyone make their rigs their own.

Do you think if I went with a 35x11.50 that the narrower tire would be enough to avoid the rub? I feel like your perspective would be much more reliable than someone at the dealer or a shop guessing since these things are so new. Thanks again!

this is the extent of the rub marking after 2500 miles. I have to go full cramp to get into the garage with the wife’s car in there…. I have 315 BFG AT KO2’s (C rated), I don’t know if a different tire would be better or worse…

Thanks so much, @martyb. That’s super helpful. Looks like it’s very minimal and not something to shy away from.

This thread is awesome. Any new updates?

I would like to do something very similar. I'm actually thinking about powder coating my stock BL wheels (not the optional ones). I was wondering if you think a 1" leveling lift it would address the rubbing issues at all. I wasn't sure if that would change the dynamics enough or not.

If you used a small spacer kit for the wheels, would that be the ticket? Is a spacer kit a bad idea?

I do take mine offroad and need appropriate clearances.

Thanks for the advice

Awesome thread ! I'm running on my Badlands the optional wheel, same as the OP. My plan was to run a 35x11.5, and a 1 or 1.5 spacer and the 1" lift from RC. Anyone have this combo to share ?

About $400. I sent the guy some pics of the Mach 1, we exchanged some emails and he did the design. Once the Bronco arrived he printed out some test vinyl and worked the fit. He had it for a day. If you email him, he probably has the template and could send you the vinyl.
@martyb How close is the vinyl orange to the interrior "Badlands Orange"? Did you guys attempt to match the oranges? thanks!

I tried to match the Ford Performance Orange from the Mach 1 graphics. It isn't really close to the Badlands Orange. I have been trying to get a Bronco script logo with the right orange background and have pretty much given up.

After looking at every Bronco here on the forum and Facebook, my brain finally broke and I went with the 305/70 TOYO AT3. So far so good.

Update. We’ve gone up a size to 315’s and Sasquatch flares. The BFG’s are much quieter than the Toyos for some reason. 1” level install next week. Keep you posted!
