I contacted Mag-Hytec yesterday and encouraged them to introduce a pan for the 10R60. Their aluminum pans dissipate heat, have a drain plug and magnet, and add oil capacity.
I joined a construction company years ago as maintenance manager whose vast fleet of Super-Duties were going through trannies right and left. I added Mag-Hytec pans, Amsoil fluid and started using Jasper remans. What had been a huge issue for the company disappeared.

As my Bronco won't arrive until April, may I ask how much clearance (skid plate?) there is for a deeper, larger capacity pan on the 10R60 ?

As my Bronco won't arrive until April, may I ask how much clearance (skid plate?) there is for a deeper, larger capacity pan on the 10R60 ?
Here is a post that shows the Mishimoto pan depth and the clearance that I have from the OEM pan to the skid plate. I think that either PPE or Mishimoto will have plenty of clearance:
