Making Drain Plugs in non BD/Badlands

Trying to see if adding/ making drain plugs in the non BD or Badlands trims is even an option. I was wondering if the floors are stamped for the placement and then never drilled or however they do it. I am just not brave enough to rip the carpet up just yet to find out. Anybody have any ideas?

this is exactly what I was looking for thank you. Do you know what they mean by active dummy plugs?

Well active plugs are the ones you open/close on the BD/BL so I would guess that they plugged those under the carpet for some reason. That is purely speculation on my part, and I don't know why they would do that.
