Since the accessory list includes 4.88. 5.13, and 5.38 as future accessory options, I am wondering if Ford postponed the ManSqautch option until MY22 so that they can leverage one of those options as part of the SAS build. Since the AT steps up to the 4.70 from 4.46 when the SAS option is added, wouldn't it make sense that Ford would consider stepping up the 4.7 from the MT as well?

The stick/4.7 crawl ratio of 95:1 is already ridiculous. The auto/4.46 is only 64.3, going to 4.7 steps it up a tad bit more to 68. No reason to give the manual any more gearing until you start looking at 37s or 40s.

That ratio would only hold true with the 33's. In my experience the crawl ratio is more import with the MT and much more important to preserve over the AT crawl ratio.

Crawl ratio is independent of tire size.

Torque converter multiplication makes a huge difference and it's another reason that AT is superior offroad.
