My 75% calcs are based on the first post in this thread and that info (with conservative estimations), the 60% calcs revised based on another post in this thread saying 43 Broncos to 29 Ranger /hr was initial ratio.....(60/40) so I just rolled with that the whole way.....still keeping the insider numbers (350 initially and ramping up to 600 units per shift)
Assuming all full weeks in December is MY21
75% MY21 Retail Broncos = 125212
60% MY21 Retail Broncos = 100170
Assuming all full weeks of December is MY22:
75% MY21 Retail Broncos = 111037
60% MY21 Retail Broncos = 88830

That actual achievable and realistic number is likely between 125212 - 88830......especially if Ford is emphasizing Bronco Production and working through commodity constraints. Below 88830 would be a real disappointment (not knowing what challenges Ford faces with parts, but, they should have been working that angle months and months ago).

My best guess is 103,781 Retail MY21 Broncos produced when it's all said and done.

Now if we go by the estimates of the roughly 125k orders and that 25% have opted for 99s that puts 100k well within the realm of plausible. Let alone how many people will drop their orders from normal attrition (financial, lost interest, etc).

If I'm Ford and those numbers pan out then you should be pretty happy considering all the external forces. You can say that you delivered all of the your MY21 reservations in MY21 and are happily looking forward to a strong MY22.

According to Toccoa's timeline it appears 2022 production starts in December. I'm guessing there'll be some retooling, which may take a week or more for the Heritage Edition, etc.
