A couple of things that stood out to me...
Some part of the body being hand/seam welded??
And MIC tops go on the truck and the side windows are added afterwards...
Maybe a do-it yourself, modular top removable window mod coming??
I want this!

They can add a guy as an option, but the upcharge is going to hit your wallet pretty hard.

Yeah this is pretty cool and makes me glad to help support blue-collar workers in the US – I just wish the 7MT were also manufactured stateside.

(Nothing against non-US labor, I just like to prioritize the economies in which I participate)

I don't know how to react to this PR attempt.
1) most workers responded the same sediment regarding work and the community - from the heart "possibly", rehearsed "more than likely
2) get to test drive the Bronco - what from dirt mountain into a parked trailer
3) that kids smug smile holding the window sheet thinking "I just packed your air bag, GOOOD LUCK"
This must have been filmed either at the start of rollout or now to quiet the masses. Lets see what they think of building the Bronco in the MY23. And no mine wasn't in there.
VIN - July 12, Build date - July 20 (apparently built even though Ford shows in production), Arrival date - Aug. 8. Haven't seen or heard from Ford since the options email April 14

Cool Video !! Missed my VIN twice by a couple hundred...... darn it. Would have been cool if mine was shown..... So, all the MIC tops were 1.0's by the dating of the vins..... now replaced to 2.0. Who knew.....lol.....

It's not their Bronco, so of coarse they are taking extra special care. If it's yours not so much.

Ford has screwed up a lot of things- but videos such as these, earlier ones of a bronco being built, and a picture of each buyers Bronco coming down the line are GREAT!

No, but I did get a quick glimpse of them installing a door on my OW 4DR.

Saw a video once of a Toyota assembly line in the 60s or 70s and after doors were hung they fiddled with the window frame for what seemed like five minutes, and then applied lead to keep the frame in the final position

Very cool to see the union that I am a part of built my Bronco.

Cool. I took a tour of the Deere plant in Davenport a couple of years ago. We manufacture one of the road grader components and had to go meet with their engineering team. We stayed at the Raddison in Moline, just down the street from your place, if I remember correctly. It's amazing how many small "feeder" facilities there are for CAT and Deere around there. I spent way too much of my off time at Bierstube and Bent River, so I could be misremembering proximity just a little. Moline was a cool little town - hopefully I'll need to go back before too long.
