Marine Grade Vinyl Seats....

What is everyone's thoughts on the Marine Grade Vinyl Seats? Trying to decide if I should do seat covers or not.

I have MGV and I think they are great. Absolutely perfect for San Diego weather

I've only put my butt on them twice, but they were great. Might be a little different in the Vegas climate though.

My worry is that I leave in extreme weather conditions 90% of the year.. It is either extremely hot and dry or freezing!

I went to high school in Vegas, i remember that heat. Summer time may be the only time you need the seat covers. If you go with super dark tint, you may be alright

Unfortunately mine doesn't have heated seats. Think I am more worried about the heat and burning my legs

I wont bring my 8 month old, 75 lb pit bull near my seats without something covering them. That fooker will tear through anything

haha, Ive had mine for a couple weeks and have left the top down about 75% of the time, overnight as well.

I get mine next week - Good thing we are at the end our hot season for the most part... thankfully. Next year will be brutal for sure though.

Yeah I always had at least 2 layers of barrier down in my Challenger to protect my red leather seats. Maybe they would have been fine. Wasn’t going to risk it. Wondering if one of you crazy basta-errr I mean fine folks felt like taking that bullet and reporting back on these is all lol. (I can’t imagine not using covers no matter what the report is but I’m still curious)
