Picked my bronco up tonight. Can’t say enough good things about Bob Bell Ford in Glen Burnie. From Ed my salesman, Kirk the sales manager to Rob the finance guy, everyone was top notch professional!

Nice! I tried to get a new one from them at MSRP, but no luck.So I bought mine used with 7500 miles from Koon's Ford of Baltimore. Great experience all around. They actually had it for a decent MSRP, it wasn't anything crazy like other dealerships have on slightly used Broncos. I paid less for my used Black Diamond then some places are asking for used base and big bend models with higher miles and less options. This was my 2nd purchase from them and I couldn't recommend enough for people to go to Koon's of Baltimore.
Its tough sometimes. Tried to get a new one at Bob Davidson Ford and they refused to come down from mark up at all.Nice! I tried to get a new one from them at MSRP, but no luck.
I tried there also. Its tough sometimes. Tried to get a new one at Bob Davidson Ford and they refused to come down from mark up at all.
I also ordered through Century Ford Mt Airy, placed order on 5-23-23, so I have a long wait ahead of me. Ordering was easy, we'll see how the process goes.Century Ford, Mt. Airy. Worked with Desmond. Great experience, no problems.
Wow! That’s luck if I’ve ever heard it.Old thread, but wanted to give kudos to Al Packer Ford in White Marsh.
Odd story, but…
Wife and I were going back and forth on “used or new”, a few colors, etc.
Our local dealer in Harford County had limited inventory (1-2 Broncos), so we went to Al Packer on a “recon trip”: they had about 8-10 on the lot of various trims and colors.
We were greeted by Bernadette - a Bronco owner herself - who answered all of our questions and facilitated a test drive of a 2024 Velocity Blue Wildtrak. Wife loved it, but VB was (maybe) her 4th favorite color.
At the conclusion of the test drive, the 3 of us were sitting in the parked Bronco when a RIDICULOUS (privately owned) HPR WT Bronco entered the lot.
Long story short: the owner was a long time patron of Al Packer, and was looking to sell/flip his Bronco for a Mustang Mach-E. Bernadette knew we were interested, introduced us, and we eventually did a person-to-person sale 10 days ago.
What salesperson does that?
Answer: the one who gets my business next time I’m buying a new Ford.
