I reserved at Al Packer in White Marsh. So far I've only gotten them to say no ADM and that they would honor X plan if Ford allows.

If people don't want to be included on this list, just let me know. If we get 25 orders (not reservations) that we can confirm would be going to a dealership, I think we'd have some leverage to negotiate. That dealership would have the ability to say they are DelMarVa's Bronco Headquarters or whatever.

I'd push for $1000 below invoice for Base trims, $1300 for Big Bend and Black Diamond, $1500 for Outerbanks and Badlands, $1800 for WildTrak and First Edition.

Currently reserved up in Philly suburbs (Fred Beans Ford Langhorne) but would definitely make the trip down to MD for the right price.

I'm interested as well. Currently reserved at Sheehy in Gaithersburg, but have no prior relationship with them. I'm up for anything in the region.

I have a 2-door Black Diamond reserved at Century Ford in Mt. Airy. I've bought a Mustang and F-150 from them over the years. Probably going to trade the F-150 in. They've said it will be MSRP minus any applicable factory discounts. No ADM

Looks like we're getting some momentum.

I'd also suggest that we approach the dealership with the most orders to lose 1st. So far that's looking like Sheehy in Gaithersburg...

I like your thinking! I agree that 25 would be a good deal for any dealer. I am a definite order. No maybe here. Maybe we should add a column to your list (big thanks for that!) on who is in, who is maybe, and who is just looking.

Beyond being the Bronco HQ, we could also offer them some ability to use our Broncos in their ads as they turn them over to us. I did this once before for a Ford Dealer in PA.

Question for everyone, think we should hold off a bit until we know how many Broncos we are negotiating for and then approach them with numbers? As individuals, they are in the driver seat, so this would be the response we would get if we approached them one at a time. If we are able to approach multiple dealers with who wants 25 sales, they might be more flexible on price.
