I'm 100% buying and am in on this bulk deal. Kind of thinking smaller dealers like Upper Marlboro, Prince Frederick or Leonardtown might have the most to gain.

Im interested since we still have a while to change.... granger is 14 hour drive from my house, not a biggie since I like craft beer and would do a few craft breweries and hotels on the way back to NJ, but yea, if you guys can get a similar deal, im down.

Someone on another thread said Koons Falls Church was offering $1000 below invoice. I’m sure they still have a high doc fee but maybe we could get that reduced/removed with a large group.

I'm in Danville Va currently have a Wildtrak reservation At Crossroads Ford in South Boston,VA. I would be in on a group buy in VA for sure. Im also Xplan eligible if under MSRP isn't an option.

I have a reservation with Koons Annapolis and am interested in this idea. I’ve had little contact so far but have some doubts about them based on some other posts here and their reviews online. Granger’s deal looks great and I’m surprised that someone on the east coast hasn’t done the same.

I also have a second reservation at George Coleman in Travelers Rest SC. They confirmed no ADM (MSRP) and have $0 doc/dealer fees. Not sure about xplan and I didn’t ask about invoice. Southwest has a nonstop to Greenville SC and the drive home, either parkway or along the coast is doable in a long day and would be a scenic way to break in the Bronco. Other forum members from GA and NC are also looking for a better deal. Wondering if Coleman in SC would be open to this idea esp if others get on board too? All said, I would certainly be willing stay closer to Maryland if that’s where the deal is.

I have a 4 door FE at Apple and was not impressed by the interactions I've had with them, especially some indications they'd be treating the FE differently. I am moving to the eastern shore in a month or so so will likely be switching dealers no matter what, and right now it's looking like Granger because I can make a fun trip out of it with one of the kids. I'm definitely in for anything more local though that comes close.

Heard the same thing. I'm about 5 hours from them. Would definitely be in if they can come close to Granger's deal.

I'd be down for someplace in VA or even NC, but I read on another post that MD caps fees at $300 on the state level I think? No idea if true

If people don't want to be included on this list, just let me know. If we get 25 orders (not reservations) that we can confirm would be going to a dealership, I think we'd have some leverage to negotiate. That dealership would have the ability to say they are DelMarVa's Bronco Headquarters or whatever.

I'd push for $1000 below invoice for Base trims, $1300 for Big Bend and Black Diamond, $1500 for Outerbanks and Badlands, $1800 for WildTrak and First Edition.
I'm in. great idea.

ADM is additional dealer markup. You don't want to pay this, it's what some dealerships charge you to make more money. X-plan is Ford's partner pricing program. Few different ways to get it but once you have it you can get a discount on a new Ford vehicle.

Read this post by Granger Ford (the dealership everybody is going with, thinking about switching to, or wishing they were closer to). Granger is setting the tone for what deals dealerships can be offering customers. Their post explains other confusing things for novice car buyers.

PA is not allowed to charge more than $150 doc fee. Dealers in MD and VA will try to hit you for $1000 or more. Even here in Delaware I've see it as high as $800. Any money saved is more money for mods.

As of this past January, PA now allows up to $389. :/
Edit: and by state law, it IS a negotiable item.

I’m interested. I think you guys are on the right track. We probably need to lay out the myriad of reasons why they should do this deal. They’ll make far more money between the volume, marketing, add one, trade-ins, gooodwill, future work/mods, happy staff, reputation benefits....I can only imagine how much Grainger is going to make and a local dealer stands to make far more over time.
