Maryland Volume Buyers Group? or Maybe VA/PA/DE/MD?

I recently asked and the response was that, if Ford offers X-plan for the Bronco, they will too. They said that % off of MSRP or invoice remains to be seen, which I took to mean unlikely. But they said I could be assured that if Ford offers X-plan, it will be accepted. Otherwise, it will be MSRP, with no ADM. They said the doc fee is $500.

Does anybody know if there's a chance Ford will not offer X-plan? Some other dealers (Stephens, Granger, Leonardtown) seem to think Ford has already done so. I'm confused.
Sheeshy Ford is where my original reservation went. They have been very shady with me. I wouldn't trust anything they say.

They are one of the dealers I walked into. A bunch of BS about we don't know pricing until we get them blah blah blah. No way I'd buy from them.

Honestly do these guys not know about the internet? Customers are now informed, don't BS us.

With the demand for the bronco, I would be very surprised if they offer the discount

a long time ago, and many twitters posts in the past, mike levine indicated that the X-Plan would apply to the bronco

That's what I thought. But you are talking about the Mike Levine who said B&P would be BY September. And Sheehy is saying it is not certain, or maybe they just missed Levine's tweet.

Sorry for the long gap between updates; work has been getting the better of me the past few weeks.

If you would like to be included in this list, please send me a message with your model, trim and dealership information OR take the survey linked in the next post.

They told you the doc fee was $500? They told me $799. Same for 2 other local dealerships. I thought the X-Plan waived the doc fees?

Anyone have any thoughts or comments about Battlefield Ford in Culpeper, VA? Search on B6G came up negative.
My reservation is with them currently. Both they and Warrenton have been very uninterested in discussing anything with me and anything I bring up from the forums gets a laugh of "99% of what's on the forums isn't true" -to include updates directly from Ford and other, more transparent dealerships. Not excited to give either my business but both did say they would honor X-Plan and any other applicable discounts if Ford doesn't restrict it.

Who have you been working with at Warrenton? I have yet to send off a 'what kinda deal can you do' email but so far I've had decent communication there. Not expecting any real positive response, but worth a shot before I switch I figure. That being said I got an email switching my point of contact (internet sales manager) to their "bronco specialist" so not too sure how that'll positively impact things.

The $500 doc fee is if it's MSRP, i.e., assuming no X Plan. That's Sheehy Gaithersburg.

MD has a lower threshold for maximum documentation fee. unfortunately, it went up this summer to 500$.

I had reserved through Sheehy of Warrenton, and worked with their internet sales manager before I switched to Stephens. They did offer X-Plan, like every other dealer in the area, but weren't interested in doing anything to earn the business. I guess they thought htey were entitled to the order when I told them I may switch because of the great offer at Stephens, as they offered very little in response other than that they would work with Ford to figure out how to make Stephens rescind their offer. Then they said I'd be waiting a long time if I swithced. Nothing to help me wiht something they'd do...just trying to ruin the offer I did have, and then trying to scare me about it with a potential wait time. When they did that, I switched.
