Hey @Mean Green , great pics of the arm rest installation! I'm going to be doing the same project soon. I was wondering, did you have to use any staples to keep the edges of the leather down? In the instructions from @RedlineGoods it seems like it's an optional step. I didn't see any pictures of that above, so I'm assuming you did not, but was just curious how the edges held for you? Thanks!

I used a few, but most did not make it through to the lid. They used a lot from the factory as you can see. I used glue and the staples I did use, really were to keep the folds tight. The front two edges really were too short. They are glued and rolled under, but exposed When the lid is open. End result looks pretty good though.

Better picture? In person it looks exactly the same color. I bought the non-grain black leather with orange thread.

Collecting parts again for the spring, I should be able to get the wench installed this season…
