I’m curious about whether can fit a 9.5” kayak inside my BD 4-door with top and windows up, with rear seats and passenger seat folded down. Probably not, but I have time to think about such things.

Or, anyone know the length of the roof? Roughly the same area.

I'm betting no.

They do make a roof rack that's lockable for your kayak.

Soft top, so no rack. Not paying $600 for hitchmount.

I’ll hang the end of the kayak out of the back window sometimes, but as this is my daily driver, I won’t always want open air if driving down gravel roads, resulting in the entire interior caked in dust/dirt.

Anyway, I found measurements. Kayak is a few inches too long if laid flat, but since the front end would be angled up (propped against folded-forward front passenger seat) and rear end angled down toward rear cargo floor against tailgate, it just might work.
