MGV passenger front seat fit and finish?

Anyone else seeing issues with the passenger front MGV seats with poor fit and finish around the upper release handle? Have just under 2k miles and just noticed this, so I am not sure if it's new, or I just overlooked it. It's completely loose and open in this spot, and when I pull on the driver side it's nice and tight.

I had similar damage to my headrest when delivered. Dealer replaced it in a week.

It just needs to be properly tucked back in under the plastic trim. It’s probably been there the whole time and you just noticed it. Something like that wouldn’t happen on its own or over time.

My seat is EXACTLY like this....
Dealer caught it on the PDI. I haven't done anything about it since

Warrantable. Take to dealer and they will order and replace on Ford's dime.
