I purchased D-shaped strips of rubber gaskets and applied to the inside of the hard top where it meets the door side pillar. This has dramatically improved the noticeable wind noise on the interior. I highlighted with blue markings to indicate what I added. I will add links of what I purchased as well.

Imagine that, spending just a few extra dollars on sealing this craptastic top and it no longer sounds like a hot mess. Ford really cheaped out on the sound isolation, there is really no other excuse for how much wind noise is in the cabin.

Ford Bronco MIC hard top wind noise reduction …best results so far - using rubber gasket strips F5CD4DBE-3A24-4EB3-9CCD-403D53E49563

Can you clarify where this is?

Is this the very rear hatch, front panels, or middle section? (2 door or 4 door?)

Thanks

I’m sorry but your photos totally lack perspective - I have no clear concept on where you applied the “product”. A shot from further away may give perspective.

I really don't think the wind noise is all that bad considering it's a removable top,far noisier with roof off love it either way 😜

Honestly not a lot of difference in mine. I don't mind noise as it usually has top and doors off, but when the top is on I'd like to be able to tell a difference. Some are obviously better than others, but my top sucks. I've got a 3Kmile trip coming up next month that will require the top to be put back on. I'll be doing multiple things to it to get the noise to an acceptable level.

It is the where the rear clam shell mates with the B pillar on the 2-dr.

Gotcha my trip to work is 20mins and tooling around town, won't be doing long trip till next year.

The worst was a constant crosswind of 35+ for more than 6 hours on multiple days on the last trip. Glad I had a good pair of over the ear headphones with me as they came in handy.

Understood. Sorry. I didn’t take too many photos as I wasn’t sure if it was even going to work. Only after I realized the benefit did I decide to post this. I will update the thread next time I remove the top.
