Took top off for the first time last weekend. Glorious! Just front and middle panels. Reassembled without apparent issue (and watched Ford’s instructional on YouTube to ensure nothing missed). Now I have a wind noise which wasn’t there before. A whooshing. And it’s louder when I drive than before I took the top off. Feel I have reasonable expectations for any noise. But this issue is new. Purchased on 9/3. I looked at the exterior and noticed a significant gap where the driver’s side rear corner of the middle panel meets the forward edge of the back section. Photos show significance. You can see inside the gap. First photo is driver’s side, and the area in question. Second photo is passenger side for comparison. Any ideas? I suppose this weekend I’ll remove them again and see if that fixes it…

The mid panel particularly is easy to slightly misalign when reinstalling. Take your fronts off, unlatch the mid-panel, and lift/wiggle it about to get it set right. Study it's seating. Get a helper and take off/on multiple times if needed. The fact that it fit before makes it pretty clear that you misaligned upon reinstall.

This looks incredibly similar to the problem im having and made a thread on. Washing it the other day noticed that gap that got larger as it moved up from the side to the top. Did you find a solution?
