Finally, 8 months after ordering, 3 months after in production, and 2 weeks after delivery I was able to get home to Michigan and claim my badlands.
Meet "Leloo Dallas Multipass" (my gf named her). 2dr, 2.3 auto, mid package in antimatter blue. Bill brown ford in plymouth mi promised me z plan back in march and kept that promise. Last week my salesmen asked for my accessory wish list, and he had them all installed before delivery. The jbl soundbar is nice, can't see shit out the rear window, but what's behind me is not important lol. Also got the keyless entry pad and door sill covers installed. Even got free carpet floormats.
I won't go into huge detail on a review, just some notes. I got 17mpg on the nose on the trip home running 89. Driving around Michigan in the snow storm Saturday you can see how bad the snow built up. I was thinking the headlights sucked until I parked and saw half on inch of snow build up blocking the headlights. Had to clean that off and amazingly I could see again. Pic is from after I cleaned it off. Also, my gf and her daughter who are both 5 foot nothing had some issues getting in. Gonna have to add some steps it would seem
I'm in love with this truck. It drives and accelerates better then I honestly expected. My dad was blowen away by the ride quality as well. In short, I'd have to say it's worth the wait
