Too true, I'm a 6/28 week build but I suppose time will tell.

They're making it hard for me not to bail. I've already been waffling on it and have something picked out. I'd like to take advantage of the current high used vehicle resale values and I'd also like something new before '22 so this is tough. Damn it, Ford.

Gotta say, I understand anyone that bails at this point. This has been a tough road and it appears it’s not over yet. If I had not waited for years for this, I’d consider buying something else. I have a build date, guess we wait to see what happens next.

what are you going to bail to a Jeep? that is all that is out there. I went to a fairly large Ford dealer, they had less then 3 new rangers.

I've already spoken to a dealer of another vehicle (not a Jeep) and it is legit NOT being blocked by chips. There would be a wait if I don't want something on the lot, but I'd have a real date vs a mystery date, and it would be sooner than a day 2 Bronco res.

I'm not angry or ranting here. It is what it is. (I'm not angry, I'm just disappointed).

In the end, I can't wait until the end of time for a new vehicle. As it is, it may interfere with a late summer road trip so I have to move on something... I'm trying to make it work as a very loyal Ford customer, but everyone has limits.
