Man the Ranger is ugly.

As an old Ranger owner, a person who prefers pickups, and likes the idea of a Tremor Ranger, I just can't do it. I don't know what it is but the new Rangers look silly to me.

I'll stick with the Bronco.

As a Ranger owner I should be offended....but I have to somewhat agree with you.
I hated the look when I got it. Looks like a Tacoma to me. After a while it started to grow on me and now it's ok. The Ranger was only suppose to hold me over until the Bronco came out, but I need more towing, so unless that changes, I'm waiting for the 1st manufacturer that builds an offroad capable mid-size that has the same luxury options that are available in every other segment.
Horrifying I know, someone that wants to 4 wheel and have leather, heated/cooled/memory seats, etc......Gasp!

Ya guys, sorry wasn't trying to offend any Ranger owners. As a superduty and F150 owner I absolutely love the design and looks of Ford trucks. But this new Ranger is so ugly to me, I guess I just couldn't hold that in! I really don't ever see any on the road around here, maybe if I saw them in person more they would grow on me.

My thinking was actually, how does this beautiful bronco and ugly ranger share any nuts and bolts lol.

I actually like the content of this package and availability across the trim lines, like the Sqatch. If I was in the market for a small truck I'd definitely go this route (with graphics delete). If the Squatch is really $5k it's probably a better buy but if the Tremor was offered on a Bronco for $3500 I'd go with it as 35's may be a bit much for me.

I like that Ranger kinda looks Taco-ish...
Taco = category king cuz it ain't SuperTall. Every American truck has the deeeeeepest bed on earth... looks like somebody grabbed the top edge of a photo & stretched it out.... are they supposed to look like SUVs?
Ranger bodyshape is looking a little more flat for once, & truckish, with a nice ground clearance, solid breakover angles...

I'm still doing Bronco, but... just sayin'

Before the Bronco fired up, I was holding out for a Ranger Raptor, but I have come to the conclusion we wont see it in the US, now Tremor gets it a little closer at least from a true factory release. I want the open air Bronco because then I can get rid of my convertible I never ever drive and get 2 things with 1 vehicle (open air and off road).
