What paint did you use to match? I've been looking for a good one for eruption green
It wasn't cheap, but it comes with 2 cans, 1 is the color and the other is the clear. It was difficult AF to find and it wasn't cheap, so I bought 3 cans of it, LOL! Still only used part of one can :D

I'll take some pics of it in a little bit and post them on here for you.

Hmmm, I'll gladly send you a couple new M12's if you want. I would certainly feel better if you get this thing properly bolted down.

Did the bolt threads look deformed visually? I know getting a tap through the hole would be tougher than running the bolt through a die, but Mcmaster-Carr has been pretty solid for me so far. I don't know whats more likely between getting a bad thread from them vs Dana getting a cross-thread out of the plant... I'll inspect threads closely from here on out. Feel free to PM me for more troubleshooting if you prefer.
I'll take it out in a little bit, but I really don't want too... I would almost just get a smaller bolt and nut and tighten it that way...

Yes, the first couple of threads on that lower bolts were all messed up, but I got it fixed with my die and it worked great, until it stopped...

I buy all my bolts from MC as well, so I know what you mean :)

Well, I took the bolt out earlier and it looks like only maybe 1/4" of threads went it, but it also looks like those same threads I cut back in with my die, screwed up again...

This would definitely be why it just quit turning, LOL! I think I'm going to try my method using a M10 and seeing if it'll push all the way through and I just put a lock nut on it...?

That bushing bracket unbolts from the frame too, so you could remove it entirely which may make it a bit easier to inspect the back of the diff and try a tap there.

But otherwise yea, I considered what you said with just running an M10 through the whole thing.

I will attempt to find a M10 bolt locally tomorrow, but I doubt anyone around here will have one long enough... McMaster only sells them in bags of 5 and 10, which I don't need, LOL!

My body is still sore from doing my install and I didn't do the UCA's. The front settled a bit for me and the rear has stayed the same so far. I'm scheduled for an alignment on Monday so if I need to do any more adjustments I will do them the next couple of days.

Current height settings.

So, this morning, I changed the oil and finally installed my Baxter Spin-on Filter Adapter! Had to do a little modification to my hard charge pipe and remove a bracket, but that was all :)

Used 6qts of Motorcraft Full Synthetic 5w30 oil. Saw where people used 6qts and 7qts, but I might have to put 1/2 a quart in it tomorrow?

Next up, I finally decided to install my OEM tow package harness/module thingy, that I've had for months, but it meant I had to remove all of this....

Just to get to be able to get here... to install this module...

But, it had to be done :/ I installed the hitch and starting running the new harness, where I had to plug it into the existing harness in the front left wheel well. It wasn't too difficult :)

This video was very helpful, I would say the best one I've seen of the few I found!

While my cargo box/bed was removed, I decided to weigh it, as some people wanted to know the weight of it, when I built it last year? It's actually not bad at all! 59.4lbs :)

Rear larger box weight.
Ford Bronco Minty, 2dr Badlands on 37's, My "Heritage" Build Thread! IMG_20250417_155705651_HDR

Front, smaller box weight.
Ford Bronco Minty, 2dr Badlands on 37's, My "Heritage" Build Thread! IMG_20250417_155606151_HDR

Since I had my scale out, I might as well weigh all my recovery/tools that I leave in it all the time :)

My ARB Jack weighs 23.8lbs
Ford Bronco Minty, 2dr Badlands on 37's, My "Heritage" Build Thread! IMG_20250417_160655504_HDR

My 3 ARB Recovery Straps weigh 19.8
Ford Bronco Minty, 2dr Badlands on 37's, My "Heritage" Build Thread! IMG_20250417_161212290_HDR

My other ARB Recovery gear weighs 12.2lbs
Ford Bronco Minty, 2dr Badlands on 37's, My "Heritage" Build Thread! IMG_20250417_161317293_HDR

One might think I like ARB products, haha!

My tool bag, before I removed some stuff, like all the SAE sockets, weighed in at 16.5lbs!
Ford Bronco Minty, 2dr Badlands on 37's, My "Heritage" Build Thread! IMG_20250417_161345059_HDR

So, 59.4lbs cargo box and 72.3lbs of recovery/tools plus maybe 20-30lbs of misc. stuff/some other gear that wouldn't register on the scale, added to this?

Tomorrow, I'm planning on adding the trailer harness stuff on Forscan and painting my flare deletes and new trail site deletes! I believe the last thing to do is install the under-hood LED lights on both Broncos! That should be it for a few days?

Well, today was more tedious than I expected and I didn't get as much done as I had intended too...

I started with painting the MC flare deletes and new trail site deletes, by Blumak3D! I had the DeeZee's trail site deletes beforehand and they were awful! Sorry, no pics of either being painted though, haha!

While those were drying, I watched some videos on how to assemble and install the Hooke Road metal inner fenders... I only bought them, because I liked the "SINCE 1966" cut out in the rear liners! The rear liners were also way easier to build and install, then the front ones were!

Also, the MC flare deletes have to go on, on the front, before the inner fenders go in.... Ask me how I know?! LOL! The rear deletes/inner fenders don't matter which one goes in first though.

Trail site deletes installed, but the passengers side doesn't fit that well... Drivers side looks fine though!

I also have the new front axle angles since I've installed the front diff drop. No clue if these are the correct angles? First time I've used this angle finder, LOL!

Hopefully, my new ARB skid plates will show up next week? They were supposed to ship Mon/Tues and all I've been getting from Stage3 is excuses... I still need to install my LED under-hood lights and maybe some other smaller stuff, but I hope it's finished for a while and we can actually go riding more this year?

@Mirage I replied to your email. It also inspired a Pro Tip post about alignment
here-

Trail Sight Delete insights
I got both of them, just been busy, like normal, LOL! But like I said, they fit completely better than the DeeZee ones! They were such a bad fitment, I just threw them away a couple months ago!
