SO, I had to cancel my bronco order....but I have one of Mishimoto's new catch can kits that I need to return. I have tried reaching customer service multiple times now via email and phone with no success. Are they closed?! WTF

Just wait until a business day. On weekends there could be car shows. I know there's one in Cleveland right now and i think one in vegas
There's a couple vendors that are slow to respond. They are just busy, smaller staff, but they do respond

RETURNS
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

Yes, you can return your item up to 14 days after receiving it. All returns must be unopened and uninstalled.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
First fill out the form on our contact us page with your order number to request a return authorization. Once you receive it, you will be asked to ship the item back to Mishimoto. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

DO YOU CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE?
Yes, we charge a 12% restocking fee on all returned orders.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
Once we receive your return, we will refund you within five business days.
