I was just about to say - typically a Google Sheets or GSheets shouldn't be too bad to setup. Just back it up once in a while in case some ass hat decides to go in and wipe it for whatever reason, if you've got it set to "edit by all".

You could also run a poll instead and see what trails everyone is interested in, and include a description of each trail and difficulty rating.
I do a little Excel here and there but I haven't used GSheets. Seems about the same so far.

I'm going to divide each day into 3 groups based on trail difficulty then we can crowd source to pick trails. I'm going 4/28 to 5/7 to catch early arrivers and late stayers.

If you want it done right,

Hey, could you also put some columns in for us to fill out regarding our Bronco setup? 2 vs 4 door? Lockers? Tire Size? Winch?
Also, who has what kind of recovery gear, so hopefully we can make sure every group has at least some straps and shackles

Everyone should have a strap and shackles minimum.

You would think, but I've definitely pulled people out who had zero recovery gear, and were lucky their rigs came with a recovery point at all.

Some people just don't plan for... well, anything! 🤣

This would be good info to have but I'm not sure where to fit it in. I figure by dividing by trail difficulty you can pick which group fits you best.

That's all fair - I'm sure we'll all be fine with plenty of gear, and GMRS radios. There's going to be PLENTY of people down there

Ok here's the rudimentary form, everyone please add info and tweak the format as needed. There are two sheets.

It can not be modified by me.
You might need to try linking to it instead of embedding it.

How about now?
I can now modify - taking a look and signing up for things.
I'm probably going to want to ride with the Safari groups a few times as well, since I've already paid them a stupid amount of money 🤣

I bought some extra tie rod thingys, and a hitch slider.

What are you getting/doing to prepare for the trip?

I agree. I will as well.
I was told when there are big events such as this, the trails and blocked off for people who have paid for the event.
