Those are push pins, doggy. Use panel poppers to get the middle out first then the rest of it will come out.

Those are actually pop out fasteners. You can pull on them hard or use a plastic pry tool to get them out

Those are much easier to pull if you have panel pullers. This is what I have. Note, these tools make pulling a lot of different things easier.

Somewhat random, but related question: Does anyone have a good source to get a set of those pop out fasteners? The modular bumper I picked up came with the plastic cover panels, but no pins.
