Have you guys noticed that the winch/bullbar application to the modular front bumper that’s recently been released in the 2 dr trail rig used to show off ford accessories looks significantly different than the winch/bullbar application shown in the pictures on Fords website ? (The banner picture on this site )

are both of those going to be options?

Yes. Thank you for pointing that out. Originally I wanted the winch at the time of factory build. Now, too many unanswered questions. Holding off until more information is obtained.

Top pic was a cgi rendering, bottom is the real deal.

Yeah, there's about 10 different notices on the 2021 Bronco page that says Preproduction Computer Generated Image Shown, Not Representative of vehicle reserved.

I really hope that the high mount winch option is available. Ford did an amazing job tucking the factory bumper in tight to the body and that low winch mount just ruins that and takes away a lot of the approach angle they had.

I thought it was said the taller one was the safari bar.

Personally I'm all about this low profile bar minus the light bar.

that would help prevent it. . is ford doing that to their steel bumpers?
I would hope so, most aftermarket companies that make bumpers and tube steps powder coat them. If Ford doesn't, I have a local guy I use that can do most any color which would make some good customization.(y)

The Safari Bar is my preference as It helps save the front grille from bush wacking. Plus the fact it already comes with my FE, Lol

I hope the bumper and bash plate combo makes the Outer Banks just a bit tougher looking and adds some decent protection. I plan on adding the smallest profile 8k lb winch I can find that has a good reputation for durability.

My only concern about any winch options is whether or not it interferes with the front trail camera. Hopefully Ford figured that one out or it could be a disaster.
