A 2.7 gets 17-19, do the math for your area.
My 2.7 is stuck at 15.2MPG and nothing I’m doing raises that. I wish I got 17-19!

I did the math with my long daily commute- was going to be 450-500 a month. That's without a car payment. It's a little more than my Silverado was costing, which was 400 a month. I have equity from past savings and the Silverado to trade in the get the Bronco although I don't have enough net income to use it as a daily driver. I parked the Silverado and now drive a Jetta that nets 50 MPG (on regular cheap gas too) so the Bronco is going to looked good parked where the Silverado is now. I'll drive the Bronco only on the weekends here and there, for close errands. These high gas prices suck- especially for those of us who have long work commutes!

The vehicle fuel bill I can tolerate. Next week I will have to feed this thing for 40-50 hours.

I like to budget and would love a ballpark idea!
I think you just wanted to start another thread about MPG, because you thought the other ten thousand threads on this weren’t enough.

Or maybe basic arithmetic isn’t your thing.

Gas prices are high….everyone gets that….I’m not going to compromise in how and what I drive….not happening. I also work in the oil and gas industry. This is not something new…does it suck yes. Will it last probably not…it’s kind of like being on a roller coaster...yes. Get your Bronco and enjoy.

15.5 hwy or city, never been close to the 17 rating. Eco or otherwise makes no difference with mine, that's over about 3500 miles so far.
