Thoughts on that MGV? That’s the last thing I’m undecided on.
Seemed just like leather to me. I did notice on that black BL with the tube doors that there were a lot of wear marks on the side of the driver seats. Like crack lines on really old leather. For what it’s worth.

I agree. Once it's released to media outlets for direct comparisons, Jeep is finished. Except for the stubborn few won't admit defeat
I have a few friends who will be in that group.

Manual doesn’t get trail turn assist or 1 pedal drive , did you run the steep descent in crawl gear ? Yes we did, after completing the dune climb we did a very steep rocky decent using some version of hill decent. I went from shitty my pants to relaxed because the vehicle felt so controlled.
Was there any descent assist or was it simply crawl ? Yes, manual has hill descent assist not sure if Ford is calling it that though
Does it stall if you come to a full stop in crawl ? We didn't cover that, sorry.
You’re the first person I believe to give any real feedback on the MT.
Any and all info you can give will be greatly appreciated.
I've owned manuals in the past. Its hard to quantify the driving experience without actually driving. Admittedly we were with a "professional" driver but based on my observations I don't think anyone who wants a manual will be disappointed. My driver said he was was buying one for himself....he appeared to be having fun which says something considering all he did all day was repeat the same loop catering to all us drunkards

MT does have trail turn assist.
No it doesn't. On the GOAT Modes Explained video by BN, TTA was covered. It is attributed to the 10sp. Auto. The One Pedal Trail Control is exclusive to the 2.7L.

These holes in the seat scare me about the durability of MGV!

Looks like water droplets to me.
Good catch. My boat is an 08, has pretty high end vinyl, my bigger dog finally put a hole in the sun pad after 13 years , 4 dogs, 2 kids, tons of guests and a few two many cocktails at times. I hope it holds up.

The big one does look like there is a streak of it running but some when zoomed look like they go in. Maybe just optical illusion. I hope. Since I just ordered MGV. Lol

I'm surprised no one has asked to see the MPG estimater. I know it won't be realistic. But even getting an idea on what they get when wheeling is something

It's a manual, so I would think so.
