Morimoto now offering $15.00 for OEM lights on trade!

Last year I bought some XRGB lights from Morimoto largely because of the trade-in they offer. I sent them to Morimoto and got a check for 600$ a couple weeks later. Easy. Yes they still promote trade-in for Bronco OEM lights but now they offer you a whopping $15.00 on trade-in! Be aware if you’re factoring their trade value in when purchasing their lights. $15.00 is a joke right?

Maybe reach out and ask them, the site shows $15 but the pics below say "up to" prices for the different makes with Ford being $700.

Might just be a glitch or they're marking it low until they can examine the stock lights, since it's been a few years now, for their worth.

It's not a glitch. We received an email from Morimoto with new pricing updates. We saw the Broncos were $15 and thought" this has to be a bug". Saw on their own site, $15. So we thought "maybe they had a bug and it carried over to the website'

So we asked... nope it's not a bug unfortunately. They set the price to $15 currently. I believe they just have so many factory headlights traded in they need to clear them out before they can open up the program to a higher dollar amount.

I mean no other manufacturer does a paid to trade so it's not like they are a bad brand. The Morimotos are still a great product and for the price out-shine everybody elses' headlights.

I mean the $600 I got for mine seemed insanely high to me but I gladly did it and after Black Friday deal from 4x4truckleds paid $400 for mine. The headlights are great and worth the money regardless.

Yeah we thought it was pretty high also for a trade in. But they must have figured Broncos are still new so they'll get lots of new lights. I'm not quite sure WHAT they do with them. Maybe they sell them on ebay, who knows. I always tell people you WILL get more for your factory headlights selling them yourself on eBay.

We're currently rocking the XB on our truck. The XRGB are brighter but we wanted to try switching it up so we can demo them to customers. I KIND of like the look of the XG myself, even though the XRGB are brighter.

ADAM from @4x4TruckLEDs.com has stepped in and really tried to help me get the rebate amount that was advertised when I purchased. Apparently, there is some language stating you have 90 days from purchase. Hopefully it works out. Glad that Adam cared enough after sale to step-in and help. I made a good decision buying these lights and my Diode Dynamics fog kit from @4x4TruckLEDs.com

I love my XRGBs and glad I decided to order when I did. The 600 back was the deciding factor for me getting them. Altogether Im in these for under $500 and my stocks.
