That issue only affects Broncos without the LED taillights I believe. I wont have that issue.

I don't know but it's only an issue with halogen tails and only on some customers. Not every customer with halogen tails has reported an issue.

I like these better than the raptor style ones. I have halogens though so I'm going to wait and see if they start including the right resistors. There might be a fix in forscan but I don't feel like messing with that again.
