In case anyones interested, or looking for more data points…

Here’s my morning commute on a 25F day with my v6 base 4dr on 285’s at ~35psi:
Ford Bronco Morning commute gas mileage 31DAA868-2672-4700-884D-38B56A204176

my rig is at 1300 miles and this drive is mostly 55mph highway (~9 miles highway). Rolling hills, but nothing very steep up or down… turbo stays off for most of the drive.

I'm jealous. My commute is 4 miles of city. Sitting at 15.9 but I've been inching it up, it was at 15.5 a couple weeks ago. No highway miles since.

You shouldn't be jealous, you burn less gas than OP.

What is sad is that my 2015 jkur 3.6L got 19.n mpg (actual) on a road trip i just took with cruise set at 70mph for most of the freeway time.

55 mph drives , due to wind and Bronco blocky design, and keeping your foot out of the turbo will most likely be the optimum mpg situation; regardless of whether you have the 2.3 or the 2.7.

I often times take the less traveled and slightly slow speed roads just because it’s more relaxing and the mpg is a couple pts better!

Can’t wait to see what I get! Whenever she gets built.

I have an ‘18 F150 5.0L and I get 15.8. I drive 60 miles to work and 60 home each day. Lol. Florida highways at 70-80 MPH.
