My personal top 3 most unused:
  1. Fire Extinguisher (thankfully)
  2. Kinetic rope
  3. Ditch lights
Never have used the kinetic rope. The ditch lights I turned on once after I installed them, haven't used them since. (Currently not even installed.)

Good topic, so........

1. Fire Extinguisher (I actually have had to use, but luckily not on the Bronco, some leaves outside of a fire ring in a NP).
2. Snatch Strap (no winch on this one)
3. 5 out of the 6 aux switches.

So..these are my personal ones, the roof rack gets used constantly (Longboard, camping sometimes). Interior lights (small LED ones that strap to the roll bars) I've used quite a bit, tailgate table I use at least weekly. Molle bags, door bags, etc. in my 2 door come in really handy.

I didn't go crazy with a winch and a lot of lighting because honestly, I'm not 4wheeling or out in the dark much. No winch, because honestly, I haven't found much this won't go through that I need to go through.

The aux switches I had full intentions of using but right now, it's just a single cheap add-on front camera that I use only for 4 wheeling. I take it off after because the car wash will kill it.

I probably should wire up a few more things, maybe some back bumper lighting because I do find myself needing more lighting for loading gear, etc. at night.

1. kinetic rope
2. Fire extinguisher
3. tailgate table (Such a shame, I may use it more if I ever remembered I have it)

Dash rail, installed, used, removed
Ohhh... dash rail. I forgot about that. That should be on the list too.

Installed, never used it. It was the Archetype Racing BYOD rail... and of course they went out of business before I could get the proper attachments for them.

There no unused mods on my bronco, ditch lights , driving lights, fog lights used every time I hit the woods which is every chance I get. The only mod that's not permanent is my tablet with X-on maps on it. I have several other mods but bottom line if they are just for looks they won't be on my bronco

Are you asking mods we personally have but don't use, or common mods that a lot of people get (even if we didn't) that rarely get used by anyone but sounds good in theory.

As a side note, people listing recovery gear and safety equipment, the idea is to never use them but it's insurance, 'in case sh!t happens' - so I don't think that's the idea behind the post, or is it?

5 of my aux switch’s. The slide out table that I like but just never use.
Everything else use.
I’ve had the chance to use my winch 3 times now. Use the snorkel and my washout interior.
Mud flaps, slider steps, skid plates all get used. I’ve been lucky I guess 😁

Ditch lights for me, hands down. I think mine have a cumulative runtime of 10-15 minutes

Since your topic was underused, not wished I hadn’t bought (which is about $1k long), I offer the following -

Winch - Haven’t used it in 2.5 years and that’s just fine with me. Wouldn’t go off road w/o it.

Rock lights - Never used off road. We don’t wheel after dark.

All my recovery/emergency gear (never used, but won’t go off-road w/o it) including kinetic rope, soft shackles, 10’ tow rope, snatch block, tire repair kit, tie rod replace stuff, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and folding shovel. Towed a golf cart once w/ the kinetic rope.

Weā€˜re older and usually wheel alone. I go fully prepared.
