I searched and saw four results, pictured, so I don’t think this is covered.

let’s talk bikes.

what have you ridden?

what are you riding?

what do you want to ride?

Also this can be a safe space for newbies.

and come on....I’ll include an arbitrary poll!!!

I’ll start:

ive owned:
2005 Suzuki GSXR-600
2006 Suzuki GSXR-600
2009 Yamaha R1
2012 Triumph Speed Triple.

I currently ride a 2018 Harley Street Bob 107.

what I want to ride?
I’m actually in the process of looking to trade and I’m all over the place.

do I go all out and get a poster bike like an MV Augusta F4 1000?

do I follow the trend and get a bagger?

do I stick with cruisers but try to be a little different with a Moto Guzzi California or MGX-21 or whatever?
Or a Triumph Thunderbird?

do I stay with my personal fave brand Triumph and get the new Tiger 900 or a Bonnie T120?

bmw gs, ktm sa, or multistrada?!

I don’t know... but I’m going to check out some options Wednesday.

what about you?

pics get extra reaction score*

*this statement is not B6G approved and likely is inaccurate

** also if anyone is confused as to this not being Bronco related, please notice this is the “off topic” section....

CHEERS!!!!

Let's see if I can remember them all. I'll keep it to road legal bikes. In order:

76 KE125
91 EX500
07 ZX6R
83 KZ650
89 ZX600
82 KZ750
01 Speed Triple 955i
06 Z750S
09 Sportster 1200C
80 SR250

Still have the last 3. I want to get rid of the Sportster and replace it with a Z900RS Cafe, I don't think I've ever crushed on a bike harder.

The SR250 and Z750S are both projects at this point. The S250 is being converted into a budget enduro. The Z750S has been converted to naked body work. ZX14 wheels, ZX6R USD forks and swinger in progress, and eventually a Z1000 top end.

I started riding at about 4-5 years old as a passenger on my Dad's big Vespa Scooter....I got the bug.
At 16 I bought my first motorcycle a brand new Honda CB100 1972. Saved my own $ and paid cash. I rode that thing to work and school rain or shine. Then over the years the bikes just kept getting bigger.
Honda CB350, Suzuki 600 Street bike, Honda 900 Pacific Coast, Honda ST1300, Suzuki M109R (probably the best bike I ever had!!!! The Harley guys were in awe of it).
As I got older, back and leg issues....then heart issues....for stability; I lost my 2 wheels and went with a CanAm Spyder. This is my current ride and it is very stable and keeps the wind in my face!
Riding now for 49 years, need to get out and do more of it!

Used to have a Ducati 750 monster, then a '02 Honda VFR, and here's my current bike, a custom 1975 BMW R60/6. Only things left original are engine/driveshaft and rear hub, frame, and gas tank (before painting).

I would consider selling the 1190 Adventure for a new GS 1250 or keep the 1190 and buy a KTM 500 or 690 for tighter trail ADV riding, as I put the 1190 places it has no business hahahaha

Always had a bike along with a car since I was basically old enought to drive. Even got in an accident which resulted in major surgery and me not being able to walk for a year (still can't run). Yet I kept riding.

Fast foward a couple decades, and when my son was born, every time I had a close call or was taking a turn on a curvy mountain road (with a cliff), all I could think about is what would happen to my family.

So sold my last one. Miss it, but was the right decision.

yder and M109R
My friend has a m109r, talk about pulling like a freight train!
He just bought a 111 Indian because the M109 tank is so wide he apparently gets annoyed with it on long rides. But, what a bike by Suzuki.

Can you have a passenger on the KTM with those side cans?
Looks like it would push their feet forward so the pegs would be under their heels, and then their toes would be into your calves 🤪

My current bike is a 2018 BMW K1600B (called BB, short for Black Betty) and is perfect for me. Tremendously comfortable bike with a ton of power (160hp), especially for a big bagger/cruiser type of bike, but it carves twisties exceptionally well, too. She's proven excellent at everything I've thrown at her.

I'm in my mid-50s and got my first bike at 6 years old. I had several dirt bikes and a number of road bikes. Priors include Yamahas, Hondas, and a smaller BWM. But I've also done riding reviews on Indians and Harleys. They're all good. You just have to find the bike that speaks to you in that moment.

Pictures below are of BB with and without the sissy bar.
