I am stronly thinking about throwing 37 inch BFG KO2 tires on my Bronco once it comes in. It is a Sasquatch 2 door and gets 17 miles per gallon on Ford's website. I want to know the answer to this before I do it but what do you think a 2 inch lift with 37 inch tires would do to the MPG? I know it will be much lower but does anyone have a rough prediction of what I could be seeing if I added these options?

my stock one 17.4 mpg avg on the dash

my Wifes with 325/60/20 ridge grapplers gets 15.9 and she drives easier than I do. the oem sasquatch tires are a very narrow tire for a 315. The ridge grapplers are 2" wider even though its only a 10mm difference in tire.

Ha! That's the reason I did a 2" Zone on 35s instead of the 4" Zone on 37s... was told gas mileage would take a huge hit plus the wear and tear on suspension. I don't off-road much so it's just for looks so it didn't make sense to make the jump.

It’s not that big of a difference. Stock Sasquatch to a 3” with 37’s and I lost 1 MPG.

Sasquatch has different gearing though right and also the 2.7? If I have a 2.3 Big Bend on 35s would the jump to 37s be a huge diff in mpg?

Very possible it would be worse. I was just referring to the original post that was asking between stock Sasquatch and then 37’s. I have Wildtrak, so I’m not sure what the difference would be on on non-Sasquatch.

I have the Zone 3" lift with 37" MT tires. MPG is anywhere between 13-15

It's going to be worse that what you would get on stock the way it comes- it for sure will not be better. As far as what it will be exactly will depend very much how you drive, the 37" tires you choose, wheel width, weight, etc. You will also lose some of the stock gearing that is designed for the 35" tires specifically. I get better MPG than I expected- 21.5- with my 2 door Basesquatch but I contribute that to how I drive and it is a 2 door and base- lighter weight than a 4 door and other trims.
