After doing a bit of research, I feel the Toyo ATIII Open Country's will work best for my needs: mostly commuting, and the occasional trail/sand/snow.

I want an aggressive looking tire but offers longevity, low noise, and good stoppage.

A lot of people don't realize the Toyos are made in the USA. The ATIII are snowflake rated as well.
I'll take them over Chinese Falkens any day.
