Below are the currently announced 2023 build week tracking spreadsheets:
Since scheduling announcements are a thing of the past, the below sheets are created in anticipation of scheduling for the weeks listed. If you receive a build date in a week not listed below, shoot me a DM and I will create a sheet.

Also note that some MY 2022 builds have been pushed into MY 2023 build weeks (same thing happened in 2021/2022). There is now a column at the 'end' of each sheet (column AI) which will allow you to input 10th VIN digit for model year.

Bronco Build Week 11-4-2022
Bronco Build Week 11-7-2022
Bronco Build Week 11-14-2022
Bronco Build Week 11-21-2022

If you want to add a link to a build week thread, do one of the following:

Method 1) Select and copy the appropriate link above (as pictured below), then paste into the build week thread.

Method 2) When creating the build week thread, click on the "insert link" button (ctrl-K windows/command-K mac).
Once the insert link dialog opens, put the descriptive text in the "Text" area and paste the url in the "URL" area as pictured below, then press insert.

they look great. How can we adopt this template to make a single specific tracker for my dealer? (Stephens Auto Center) Also, how can we protect it from people not creating filter views correctly (ie applying filters to the main list instead of creating a new filter view)

Thanks.
So, what I have done is to protect all areas of the sheet from editing other than the body of the sheet where users enter information (Data!A3:AH150, with the exception of a few calculated columns which are also locked).
I believe this will prevent filters/sorts also... with the caveat that they can do temporary filters/sorts. That said, there is a catch that someone can sort/filter in the editable range as well. It's a downside of allowing users to enter/edit information... how much restriction is too much/just right?

One approach would be to create a separate Google form that populates a wholly write protected/read-only spreadsheet. That would be nice, but create overhead when updates are needed such as build week bumps or option changes after someone creates their record.

The alternative would be to have someone own and maintain all entries and EVERYONE else read-only.

As for adaptation to Stephens... similar approach... someone at Stephens could be passed ownership of a sheet/template and maintain a list of approved editors, or maintain entries themselves... Otherwise, a public sheet could still be used and monitored for Stephens only entries.

So far, I haven't had many big problems with malicious or completely bogus entries... but allowing public data entry always has its downsides.

TLDR:
Having a Stephens Admin (someone y'all pick) which controls entries is best approach, but is a time consumer. Otherwise, the protections in place are fairly adequate.

One other option - provided all Stephens vehicles have the same delivery city/state (assume they should) - is to create a secondary Consolidated sheet for you which filters results based on the city/state matching Stephens deliveries. That would take a few minutes and require additional maintenance when new weeks are added... but it's doable.

My dealer (actually my friend owns the dealership) just let me know that my Bronco was scheduled for build week of 10/31/22. I'm sure it'll change as they've pushed mine out for quite a while already since I have a WT on order.
I don't see 10/31/22 on your sheet. I'd like to get my information on there as well.

10-31-2022 is actually a 2022 Build week.
Its sheet can be found here:
https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/build-week-tracking-spreadsheets-📊.33329/page-11#post-1602681

There should also be a build week thread. I'll look for it and edit this reply to add, once I find.

So since getting my build date on Thursday I've been bumped from 11/14 to 11/21 now to 11/28. Should I leave my info in the 11/14 one with it marked as bumped or should I remove it and add it to 11/28?

Good question.
Yes, you can, just mark column D as "Yes", put your new date in column E and add your data to the new week's sheet.
No need to update or remove the old, I have logic that will exclude from the charts if column D is Yes.

Fascinating data. I'm not sure how much the B6G self-surveyed sample represents Bronco orders overall. The charts show a heavy bias towards higher end models.

Seems very few Base/2 doors & hot pepper red options being built initially; my build exactly.

I logged in to my Ford account / the "backdoor link" and just noticed it was a different date. They didn't send anything out.
