Please do a proper lift. That massive spacer lift is going to cause issues.

Are you going to do a spare tire delete? If not, I'd invest in in 5 wheels and tires not 4. That would like weird if you kept the stock.

Please do a proper lift. That massive spacer lift is going to cause issues.
Also +1 above. Do a proper coil lift. For an additional 500, I have the Eibach coil lift that can do 4" lift.

Spend the extra money and do it right the first time... that way you don't have to spend more money fixing your issues. Another thing you may want to consider... running 37s with 5 inch lift will ride very rough at high speed. Your steering wheel will shake at high speed if not done properly.

Also assuming you have the non squatch base model, you will have some weak gearing to run 37" tires. You'll need to regear to maximize driving efficiency with 37. A lot to think about. Good luck.
