Is there a listing of immediate practical mods needed for these things? I'm thinking about that hose that gets cut in 2.7Ls, and now bigger fender flares/ mud flaps.

Anyone else able to point me to a link for a thread like this?
Here my updated list of issues and items to check for...

Ford Pass Rewards Points:

Customer Satisfaction Funds: $1,000. Have your dealer go to the FDAD CLAIM PAGE on the Dealers Bronco Dashboard, if they dont know about it.

Bronco Swag Bag (first 100 Bronco orderer)

Extended Warranty: Floodfordesp.com. 8 yrs 100,00 miles. $1600 to Flood for 8/100,000. $200 deductible. Can use Ford Pass Points (see FAQs.)

Items to check (based on Bronco6g OP feedback):
Pulley rub/ proximity next to radiator hose
Coolant hose clamp tight
Battery terminals tight (negative loose)
MIC Hardtop rough/sharp edges, gaps, leaks, roof rattles, popping from guide pins, latches...especially seal in middle

Body panel alignment/hood dents
Whistling mirrors
Sound deadening installed (hardliner)
Check underneath for corrosion
Check for transport damage
Check for rail dust (small specs of rust that will corrode). Must be clay barred off and repainted, or try iron/rust remover
Fluids all full (oil, washer, brake)
Confirm SEVEN Quarts of oil filled, not six. Ref:
https:///forum/threads/bronco-team-engineering-confirms-7-0-quarts-for-2-7l-engine-oil-change-is-correct.29047/
Full tank of gas (we paid for it!)
Door bags
Strut on back window unglued from hardtop (why not drilled in??)
Check all three bolts in the fuse box for looseness

My Bronco has a build date week of 12/20. Today, i chatted with my dealer and discussed these manf. build and quality issues. He asked me to send it to him as mine gets closer to delivery. And he will have his guys use it in addition to their PDI process.

I update it daily.

Bless you, @Cat. Glorious.

@Administrator Is this worth tagging, for everyone's visibility? Not sure if it's redundant with content in another thread.

Order splash guards to safeguard against door paint chips.

I'll give them a shout, The back edges are wrapped, the front are not. Don't know why.
What are your thoughts on vinyl wrap? Do they work?

Options
1. Get some rock sliders/steps that are the width of the fenders.
2. Get mud flaps. They protect from more than just mud.
3. Get full paint PPF.
4. Get tires that aren't MT's (like BFG KO2's). The voids on mud tires allow larger rocks to get in the cavities to be slung up to your body.

I am getting PPF as I write this. I am waiting on frame mounted sliders (c'mon Goat Fabrication). I will eventually replace my tires with KO2's, or something like them. Until I get the sliders I am taking it slow off road for this very reason.

I'd suggest that before you get on the highway from the dirt road to do a tire inspection and remove the rocks, off course this is just a temporary solution until you can find the right mud flaps.

Yeah it looks Totally un-driveable! It’s practically falling apart at the seams. Forgive my sarcasm. I know those first scratches, dings, scrapes, and dents are always the hardest. But it’s an off roading vehicle, if you got it to look pretty, maybe try wrapping the whole thing to protect it. Cheaper than PPF from Ford dealers. Hard to catch sympathy from the grip of us still waiting on production scheduling. Been waiting over a year, listening to people trash this vehicle over and over. I’m planning on wrapping this thing right away. But also, really going to be proud of the pinstriping, and dents and dings I get from taking her off road. I don’t care about the paint job. I care about the ride.
Kudos my friend....

People will buy these and add on the Sasquatch package not knowing what those tires will do. I'll be replacing mine with Nitto Ridge Grapplers the week it comes in. A much better tire for on road and type of local trails in my area. Having said that these vehicles are meant for off road. They are meant to look rugged. They are meant to get a few scrapes and scratches. A lot of off roaders are proud of their battle scars so to speak. They are meant to be big boy toys. Not so much a Escalade or Yukon Denali street Queen.

Every rock chip should have a great story attached to it.
