What?My city stop & start driving is about 16.8 to 17 mpg the last almost 1K miles.
City mpg. Not a lot of opportunity for long hwy road trips in Hawaii. What?
Overcoming terminal velocity is energetically expensive.I've gotten pretty good mileage on mine when in stop and go traffic that's puttering along at 45 or so. it's the mad aerodynamics on the bronco that's killing the mileage above 60-65. the dropoff is almost comical.
but think of an airplane-shaped bronco!Overcoming terminal velocity is energetically expensive.
Ain't gonna be no Bronco shaped airplanes.
Would you make a fuller, complete report? See the one I just posted!…at least for about 10 minutes driving downhill. But still, she is capable of better than advertised hwy miles if you start the trip meter once you are actually on the hwy. mad aerodynamics indeed!I've gotten pretty good mileage on mine when in stop and go traffic that's puttering along at 45 or so. it's the mad aerodynamics on the bronco that's killing the mileage above 60-65. the dropoff is almost comical.
