My MIC 2.0 (Molded in Color Version 2) Roof showing exposed honeycomb

Time to accept the reality that these defective roofs are MIC 2.0 and that Ford did not accidentally put a 1.0 on there. Ford put a bandaid on the issue, which is why the "fix" came out so soon.

If that's what it takes to get these out the door, then fine, but they better be ready to replace them with MIC 3.0.
