Honestly would like to know practical examples of why I would need to keypad. Curious ?
I dont like carrying my keys with me when I go cycling or kayaking. With the keypad I can do that and still get in my vehicle when I return from my adventure. I've had a couple Fords in the past and really miss it when not available.

It's no different than having a keyless fob... Except its key coded.
Thiefs will always find a way.
I know people who actually hide their fobs outside the car when they don't wanna take there keys! 🤔
Hiding a key under a well placed rock is never let me down!

Picked up my Badlands with High package / MGV seats. I was under the impression that I could not have heated seats with MGV, but I have heated seats... Pleasant surprise I suppose... Did I miss something somewhere?

Good ideas for sure. I may be one who fears theft more….not sure it is validated by anything though
When I tow my boat to the lake, I am paranoid of losing my keys because I know if it happens, it means an Uber ride home wherever I am. I would prefer to leave them in the Wrangler but with the soft top there is no security. Good feature to add to the Bronco for sure.

HD radio isn't an option for me in a Badlands with High Package. Not that I use it often, but I'm surprised that isn't standard. I had it in my 2013 Expedition.

I noticed gas hood struts on the '22 Braptor. Has anyone confirmed thats a Braptor thing or a '22 thing?

Hello all, picked up my ’22 Wildtrack a week ago. I also are annoyed at all the things Ford took away especially due to the fact that my day 2 reservation for a 2021 was delayed due to hardtop and I ultimately settled on softtop in 2022 that now lacks items from ‘21 model year. I looked into purchasing the ac controller for ‘21 Bronco with the numbers. Part is available around $450 online. I wonder if wire harness is the same that I can swap out and not have PCM issue? Thoughts?

Took delivery of my wife’s 2022 Outerbanks Monday and can confirm color matched keypad which does look better, but does stink no temperature on dials because when CarPlay is up you don’t see the temp anymore except by moving the knob.
Does anyone know if this is only a Big bend feature, to go with painted handles and mirrors??

What about moving inside fuel door?
I'm just use to my 19 year old f150, I find the pad next to the handle useful, so for convenience that's where it's going. That's probably negated by those key pods now anyways. If I thought I'd use it once a month, I would put it there or behind the spare tire. If it didn't look like a wart, I'd leave it where Ford mounted it.

Anyone move the keypad to below the handle? I feel like that would be more aesthetically pleasing for those not wanting to go to the gas cap all the time. There’s not much room on the 2Dr pillar.
