hello. I had a july of 21 reservation that I converted to an order on November 11th. My dealer assured me the order was in. I never received an email confirmation from Ford. I requested the WBDo which they sent me without any hesitation. it is attached. I still have not received an email from ford, and my order is not showing up on the website, it still says to contact the dealer. Should I be concerned? Has the WBDO in fact been received? it has an 18 priority code, not 99 so I believe that means it has been. so is the problem with ford and their website, and I should just be patient, or should I contact my dealer again. thanks. I know I have a long wait in front of me, but getting the order in and recognized is the first critical step, and if that part isn't done right no amount of patience is going to help.
